Here's the 2nd card I made that I mentioned below. I just love textured cardstock. It adds such a neat dimension to cards. I found a sheet of these "girly drink" expoxy stickers that I thought I would use on this "baby" card instead of the chipboard chick that the kit said I should use. I also used the word "Cheers" which is a Stampin' Up stamp from the "Snowflake Spot" set which was in the last catalog but is now discontinued. I also added a little rub-on I had sitting on my table and put a little rhinestone in it to coordinate with the rhinestones in the pink glass. I'm sure a girlfriend of mine would love to get this for her birthday. What do you think?

Again, a very very simple quick card using a piece of background paper for your card base, a 1/2" strip of striped paper, 2 circles of different colors, a rub on on a solid 1/2" piece of cardstock and some rhinestones to add a little bling. I also added a flower sequin with a mini brad in it.
This is a square card.

Another card using "A Little Bit of Happiness." This is also the card that was put into the orders for the club 10 in May. The scallops were created using the Spellbinders rectangle die - the largest one and then cutting off the excess to create a scallop.

Another card using that fabulous sticker cardstock. This cardstock goes through your die cut machines great. The cupcake is a Cricut cartridge and I adhered the frosting part with a dimensional and sprinkled yellow glitter on the sticky side. Happy Day is a rub on.

Very quick and simple card. I love those kind.

Here's another one using "A Little Bit of Happiness." This time I used sticker paper - a new favorite item of mine. You cut the cardstock strip, adhere to your card using 2 sided tape. Pull off the plastic coating on the cardstock and sprinkle with the new glitter that is being offered in the mini catalog. Love the colors and the chunkiness of the glitter.

Again, I colored in the image using the aqua painters. If you don't have those, you should get them. They are a great way to color in small images.

Enjoy!

I love this level 1 hostess set "A Little Bit of Happiness" and you'll see several cards on my blog here using this set just mixing it up a bit. Try it - see how many different ideas you can get using just 1 stamp set.
I used a brass template to dry emboss the soft sky cardstock and used aqua painters to paint in the picture. I added 2 jumbo eyelets and added the ribbon along with the circle bling.

Simple card using one word stamp set, 4 different square sof cardstock and flower punch.
Simple card using 4 sheets of cardstock with stamped image in center and stapled ribbon scraps on top.
This was a card we made at one of our monthly meetings using background paper sold at Shop & Crop and paper corners. Sentiment is from Stampin' Up.
I tried to punch cirlces from felt but it kept jamming the punch so I just cut mini circles and attached them as flowers to this $1 stamp I got from Michael's.
